How do I order and how long will it take?
Please click on the Contact Us to Order button below, which will take you to our Contact Us to Order page. Please complete the enquiry form with your order or enquiry details and press Submit. As soon as we receive your enquiry form, we'll respond by e-mail with confirmation of your order or answers to your enquiry. We aim to fulfil and post orders within three days.
How much is postage for delivery?
If you would like to have an order posted to you, we offer free UK delivery on single item orders (via Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage). For orders of larger quantities or international orders, please contact us for pricing details.
What payment methods can I use?
We can accept payment for orders by:

- BACS transfer.
Do you offer a gift wrap service to send directly to my recipient?
We offer a free gift wrap service for sending out any of our coin products, which includes a free gift message. Please ask for more details.
Do you accept returns?
At PLENTYSWORKSHOP, we want you to be completely happy with any coin product that you purchase from us. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us with 14 days of delivery, and dispatch the item back within 30 days of delivery.
